Pros

The people......my co-workers were wonderful! Most people there want to do the right thing and really care for the patients

Cons

The administration......they promote people into management that are awful!! Power hungry, self servicing, primadonnas. Some managers only work the hours day care is open - never on nights and don't help on the floor. Other managers have obvious favorites that get away with anything and do nothing, while hard workers get beat down and never get recognized. The managers stick together and have the us against them mentality. The higher some get promoted, the worse they get - taking credit for work employees have done to make themselves look good

Pros

you can get your MA for free

Cons

Low pay, no sick time, benefits aren’t great, managers will gaslight you into thinking whatever is in their benefit, stressful, seeing unlimited amounts of patients you have to see, managers don’t care if you can’t afford cost of living or anyone in the system. They think $22 is more than enough even when working for 8 years and being loyal. When you advocate for a better pay they tell you that you are basically making what someone would in 15+ years of service. They don’t do increases on cost of living. Merit raises are .40-.60 cents for most of front desk and MA no matter how hard you work.
