Pros

Team is great to work with. Autonomy is wonderful, they don’t treat non clinical people that great so as long as you’re a nurse or doctor you’re fine!

Cons

HR is not supportive. They don’t allow you to discipline employees according to policies but want you to hold them accountable when they want you to

Pros

Great team! I can't say this enough. I really feel supported with this job and the work culture. We have a common vision and goal and the company takes care of its workers. Recently St. Luke's has merged with BJC health, and so far its felt pretty seamless *knock on wood* but everyone has been pretty transparent throughout the process.

Cons

I can't think of any other than the documentation system for inpatient rehab is my least favorite. But other than that, I'm really happy here.

Pros

you can get your MA for free

Cons

Low pay, no sick time, benefits aren’t great, managers will gaslight you into thinking whatever is in their benefit, stressful, seeing unlimited amounts of patients you have to see, managers don’t care if you can’t afford cost of living or anyone in the system. They think $22 is more than enough even when working for 8 years and being loyal. When you advocate for a better pay they tell you that you are basically making what someone would in 15+ years of service. They don’t do increases on cost of living. Merit raises are .40-.60 cents for most of front desk and MA no matter how hard you work.
