Camaradarie among most employers is great; great location; competitive pay; great hospital for learning, since it is not too small and not too large, you get to know many people well

Lack of organization in some departments; nurses not always are helpful; many important things that should be avoided at the workplace is overlooked by departmental managers...

Pros

Director of unit and manager were very friendly. They both reviewed my resume prior to the interview and they knew my experience. Even though, I didn’t talk a lot about myself or my experience, they both seem to understand my goals for my career. HR personnel, Elida, is also really friendly and easy to contact and communicate with.

Cons

None so far. All positive.
