Pros

St Peters is a great place to start as a new grad they set you up to really succeed with mentors. The environment is growth oriented and the staff is always willing to help.

Cons

The EMR system is really bad and when it goes down it is back to paper charting. This hospital also has some equipment that often breaks down and it's a hassle when it takes sometimes 40 minutes to log onto a computer.
