Pros

The company continues to grow and reinvest in itself. There have been many changes due to growth, including the relocation of our headquarters and the expansion of our teams. Even with all the changes, we have a great work environment where coworkers and management genuinely care for one another. The company growth has brought more career opportunities and the benefits are outstanding!

Cons

Given the closure of our old facility we have lost knowledgeable team members that did not relocate.

Pros

Many people you work with here also understand how awful the dynamics there are, however, they have their own reasons for staying and putting up with it. Job searching in the current hellscape of the US is not only destructive to all the seekers, its unveiling the sheer magnitude of greed, corruption and ignorance of employers. They should be ashamed.

Cons

1. Absence of organized training 2. Broken onboarding 3. Expectation that you will learn all that you need to do perhaps by osmosis? 4. Management that fails upward somehow when 100% ill equipped to manage any human being, should stick to only managing seeds. 5. Zero clarity 6. If you wish to stay employed while tolerating a toxic work environment, do not share your grievances (with specific examples) with anyone; mgmt directs you to tell them when something is wrong…spoiler alert: you do that and they do not support you and you are soon removed of your duties while the toxicity train is allowed to continue further down the tracks.
