Pros
They have great benefits. The whole 4 years I worked there I never paid out of pocket for any medical procedures. I even gave birth for free.
Cons
Management doesn’t give a crap about its employees. You get put in a role and there’s absolutely no room for growth or development. Management actively holds employees back from learning and progressing so they don’t have to pay you more or give you promotions. They reward crappy employees and punish good employees.
