Pros

Generally given a lot of freedom. As long as I fulfill my responsibilities and the client is happy, I am left alone which is nice.

Cons

The HR department is lacking to say the least and the insurance is not very good at all. These are two pretty major things and it wouldn't be difficult to fix but they don't.

Learn how to administrate. A lot of real live scenarios where you learn how to handle this gray area situations.

Cons

Certain salesman and project managers talk down to you. Don’t communicate to you as a team member, they belittle you, even if you’re right.
