Pros
There are not many pros. I can think of a couple, some nice people to work with and free coffee.
Cons
The day I started I knew I was not going to be able to stay. The room (department) is in complete disarray. There are papers, boxes and office supplies EVERYWHERE!! The conditions of the interior of this building, aside from the managers offices is a disaster! They jam pack employees into one area, barely giving any room to stay somewhat organized. It is loud because everyone is on the phones and there is no buffer between employees. Data entry is incorrect and causes massive issues in all aspects of the company. The owners are arrogant and do not pay their vendors for months, yet still take discounts they are not entitled to. The pay is not that great. They never give snow days so you have to risk your life to come into work during a blizzard or you will be looked at negatively and talked about to other employees. The system they use is from 1990 and this causes a lot of errors. There is no training what so ever. I am not sure who wrote the other "positive" reviews but this place does not have great management and is far from being organized. Get a job there and you will see for yourself..
