Easy place to start working.

Cons

Management does not care to invest in their employees. They have an extremely high employee turnover rate. Uncompetitive compensation rates. If you care about your work quality they will take advantage of you.

Generally given a lot of freedom. As long as I fulfill my responsibilities and the client is happy, I am left alone which is nice.

Cons

The HR department is lacking to say the least and the insurance is not very good at all. These are two pretty major things and it wouldn't be difficult to fix but they don't.
