Pros

Good work is rewarded. Opportunity to grow with the company exists. Top level management seems sincerely interested in their employees lives and goals. This is a family-run company growing at a very fast pace.

Cons

Management knows that it needs more room, and has made moves to address the issue. Not too many negatives.

Generally given a lot of freedom. As long as I fulfill my responsibilities and the client is happy, I am left alone which is nice.

Cons

The HR department is lacking to say the least and the insurance is not very good at all. These are two pretty major things and it wouldn't be difficult to fix but they don't.
