Pros

Nice people, Flexible work hrs, stable pay

Cons

There is no clear career road map or vision for the employees due to planned migration to the new ecommerce platform which services/labs teams are building. Upper/Middle Management is too busy saving their position, Lower/middle management still working in decades old mindset while rest of the employees suffer from very low motivation due to lack of recognition and direction. Absolutely no career growth unless you are connected to the right folks. Teams still operate in ancient/outdated delivery models even though there are efforts to become agile due to which there are frequent missed project deadlines, overwork & poor output. There is way too much politics between the teams in Bentonville, California & India due to which the output always suffers. There is very little transparency w.r.t project/roadmap planning and teams get to know the information only when it is too late and of no value.

Pros

The pay is good and so are the benefits.

Cons

This is the worst job I have ever had. I made it 3 weeks before leaving and never coming back. They had me working 12 hour shifts when I was scheduled for 8 but couldn’t leave because I wasn’t finished with the large workload they piled on me. There was absolutely no teamwork, our manager just abandoned us so they could go hang out with their friends. There was no organization, no structure. 100% sure my manager never even knew my name. They had us breaking down pallets just to restack them. There are no consequences for management at all, they can basically do whatever they want and nobody is gonna do anything to stop it. If they're short they throw you into different departments with no training.
