Pros
The job is an easy job that anyone can get into and anyone can do. If you have any medical disabilities then this job may work for you. The co-workers are probably the only ones that are keeping me going back to work everyday. I love the people I work with because they understand first hand how you're feeling.
Cons
Dental and Vision you get after 90 days and then you have to wait for MEDICAL till you've been there for 6 months - why not just have them all start the same time? Honestly, I've seem too many things wrong with the place. Breaks and Lunches suspended/on hold just because they are trying to meet the service levels. They are not understanding that CUSTOMERS COME FIRST. Forget the numbers. The key goal should be to provide the top customer service first then maybe think about the rest of the figures. They try to push people to rush through calls when a customer may have further questions. They really don't like it when you want to end a call with "Is there anything else I may help you with?" I personally think that that is one of the key points to getting the best customer reviews. They are looking for you to just rush through the script and hang up the phone not worrying about the customer. SORRY but that's not gonna get anyone good reviews from the clients or even the customers. One las thing I wanted to add to this - I do sometimes wish there were more incentives for us employees to stick around. They say there's a lot of turnovers and a lot of people go through the company. I think that would change if there were more incentives such as: performance based annual raises, company bonuses, employee appreciation week or things like that. Just a thought.
