Pros

--fast-paced --varied work --new opportunities --great co-workers --not bad pay --flexible hours --free membership

Cons

--varied schedule --understaffed --store management can be hit or miss --constant turn-over of employees and management alike --difficult members (sometimes) --benefits and vacation aren't great, but livable if you are single without dependents (it can get really pricey if you have dependents or if you have chronic medical conditions which require you to take the higher priced insurance/deductible/prescription coverage).

Pros

The pay is good and so are the benefits.

Cons

This is the worst job I have ever had. I made it 3 weeks before leaving and never coming back. They had me working 12 hour shifts when I was scheduled for 8 but couldn’t leave because I wasn’t finished with the large workload they piled on me. There was absolutely no teamwork, our manager just abandoned us so they could go hang out with their friends. There was no organization, no structure. 100% sure my manager never even knew my name. They had us breaking down pallets just to restack them. There are no consequences for management at all, they can basically do whatever they want and nobody is gonna do anything to stop it. If they're short they throw you into different departments with no training.
