Pros

Okay pay, aren't closely disciplined for attendance, free lunches sometimes. The place overall is okay to work for, but you are kind of treated like another number.

Cons

If you're a cashier, management makes you use underhanded tactics and forces you to harass people to upgrade their membership or sign up for sam's club credit. You can ask people, but that's never enough. As my supervisor told me, "don't give them a chance to say no." I feel they are a company where people get treated like another number. There's a lot of pressure to get those sales.

Pros

Good pay, less stressful than many kitchen jobs, guaranteed break times no matter what, good benefits

Cons

Communicating with managers is almost impossible. There are too many managers, and they are unaware of what the other ones do. The lead who writes my schedule changes constantly and I get a schedule that doesnt even make sense Ill go a week or more without seeing them (Different shifts they are at another store etc) and when I finally do talk to them they tell me to ignore what the app says. When I do that it dings me on points that affect how much PTO i accrue.
