Pros
Co-Workers can be great, ability to get to work on some rather cool cars/trucks, pay to work ratio is most of the time pretty decent.
Cons
Management will gladly give in to the member even if it's against Sam's club policy taking "the customers always right" to an entirely new level. Department is constantly used as a receiving overflow blocking lifts/fire exits, department is expected to assemble floor items short staffed with multiple appointments/walk-ins every hour on the hour. Can get "dead weight" co-workers that take up recs preventing getting actual help in. Will need to constantly drop what you're doing to answer the phone/help members at the desk due to not having a secretary like any decent garage does. Turn over is high, started in August 2021 and already training the second crew since I've started
