Pros
A LOW PAYCHECK , BUT A PAY CHECK . The team is nice but not the top notch .They give you a few sams membership and food in break room that most of the time was returned.
Cons
They do not train you , you get no allotted vaction time or holidays paid off. they do not train you at all, they wait till you make a mistake and rag on you . They are waking us at front end to open memberships, bill pay on credit cards , open credit cards for people that are on snap if you are on snap and tax money is paying for this and snap people are getting more in benefits than I make in two weeks I can't afford to open me a credit card much less push it on people that get a hit on their credit report and then turned down and they do not care they still call that a credit on our part! You work the as a cashier sometimes by yourself tying to get a whole warehouse tru you line fast. You have to unload ad load ups the buggies , Most do not speak English and I being told to learn Spanish ....WHAT COUNTRY DO I LIVE IN? They moved here I did not move there! Most are not even using thier own membership or sometimes credit card think about that one ....! I lost a job with a doctors slip and called in to store and two other numbers they give us and they never really told me the point system till they let you go they do not tell you any benefits at all they pick and choose who to hold to the point system . I was late one time in 6 months by an hour I read the times wrong because they change by the day sometimes . Yet we had many that came in late many times a week . NO they did not tell me they called me a no call no show and I made many calls and even had one of the managers help me with it. They want to ask for memberships yet when you do at the door they get mad at us for the customers anger for not wanting to show it, why should they most are using others memberships ! There is so much wrong there if it were not for snap they would not have a business! Lots of illegals coming into the store it can be a bit scary. RUN DO NOT WALK FRO,M THIS PLACE. they hire people that do not even work a day or just never come in and when you see the people that is enough to make you want not to be there.
