Pros

The pay is decent and field offices have tights knit staffs. It's an environment of hard working people with sincere faith. Daily devotions with staff is a unique component to this aid agency. Time off varies depending on the posting, CD and nature of your project.

Cons

The majority of management is white males in a top-down org structure. Women do not get promoted in the field beyond Deputy Country Director. Internationals faring slightly better with one CD who is not Western or white. The board of directors does not have people of different races, but does have one woman with the title "Executive Secretary". Lack of emphasis on M&E or evidenced based approach. Personality driven by a couple top positions.
