Challenging but Rewarding Organization - Anonymous employee Samaritan's Purse Employee Review

This is the most bureaucratic organization I have ever experienced in my life. Essentially the top management of the organization make every decision- including who will get business cards or not! Women are frequently discriminated against and not promoted to any management job at IHQ or in the field. Making lower-level women wonder if the leaders of the organization value them and also question what their job outlook is like with the organization. SP is a boys club. The benefits and pay are horrible and everyone feels overworked, underpaid, and nearly burnt out.
