Physical Office environment is clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. Free coffee and kitchen break rooms are available. Senior managers get free cookies.
Cons
Extremely legalistic and conservative culture is very intolerant of innovative thinking. Very low autonomy. Fear of negative press drives decision making. Overt sexism and rampant EEO violations. Job classifications and compensation is secret and discussing salaries is prohibited. ALL employees must clock in at exactly 8:00am; 1 min late requires a written explanation to the COO.
