      Like many businesses, the financial services industry can be complex and subject to regulatory scrutiny. For folks new to the industry that may be intimidating, but the training and development opportunities at Sammons coupled with corporate communication transparency provide great pathways to learn the nuances of the business and feel empowered to do the work.

      Pros

      SFG has changed over the years but definitely for the better. I trust leadership and enjoy everyday working for this amazing company. There is of course office politics which you’ll have everywhere but if you keep doing what you’re supposed to be doing then you’ll have no issues. ESOP, early out on Fridays, culture, flexible schedules, system enhancements including productivity improvements and genuine conversations with people you work with are some of the top favorites on my list. Plenty of SFG employees have left over the years due to their own personal lives/needs but a lot of them end up coming back for plenty of reasons but in reality it’s because we are happy working here.
