      Pros

      The work I did in Cleint Communications was great, I loved it. The schedule was nice. The benefits were great, and fellow co-workers were pretty decent.

      Cons

      Management - both senior and midlevel - seem to forget their employees are real people with real problems and real feelings. They act like they care, but they don't. No way to move up there unless you're one of the favored ones, even if you do your job extremely well.

      Pros

      SFG has changed over the years but definitely for the better. I trust leadership and enjoy everyday working for this amazing company. There is of course office politics which you’ll have everywhere but if you keep doing what you’re supposed to be doing then you’ll have no issues. ESOP, early out on Fridays, culture, flexible schedules, system enhancements including productivity improvements and genuine conversations with people you work with are some of the top favorites on my list. Plenty of SFG employees have left over the years due to their own personal lives/needs but a lot of them end up coming back for plenty of reasons but in reality it’s because we are happy working here.
