      Pros

      I had heard wonderful things about Sammons from a former co-worker of mine and when an opportunity to join the company came around, I looked forward to learning more about it. It has been almost 1 year since I started working here and I have not been disappointed. The culture of self-empowerment, growth, motivating each other to do and be your best is exceptional. I truly feel that I "own" my career and that Sammons will support me in that ownership.

      I do not have any con's and if I did, I am sure, I would find people that are willing to help me through whatever issue I may be having.

      Pros

      SFG has changed over the years but definitely for the better. I trust leadership and enjoy everyday working for this amazing company. There is of course office politics which you’ll have everywhere but if you keep doing what you’re supposed to be doing then you’ll have no issues. ESOP, early out on Fridays, culture, flexible schedules, system enhancements including productivity improvements and genuine conversations with people you work with are some of the top favorites on my list. Plenty of SFG employees have left over the years due to their own personal lives/needs but a lot of them end up coming back for plenty of reasons but in reality it’s because we are happy working here.
