      Great coworkers and some of the management wants to see you succeed.

      They wrote over 10 employees up in one department for theft from company over something that was not set in precedence, either in writing or verbally, so we did not know we were doing anything wrong by helping each other on cases on our recorded lines. Knowing that their system is broken and if you were to try to call on the non-recorded line it will auto transfer to the recorded line. Taking away roughly 60% of our August bonus, remote or hybrid & optional overtime. Making some of us have to drive over 45 min each way.

      Pros

      SFG has changed over the years but definitely for the better. I trust leadership and enjoy everyday working for this amazing company. There is of course office politics which you’ll have everywhere but if you keep doing what you’re supposed to be doing then you’ll have no issues. ESOP, early out on Fridays, culture, flexible schedules, system enhancements including productivity improvements and genuine conversations with people you work with are some of the top favorites on my list. Plenty of SFG employees have left over the years due to their own personal lives/needs but a lot of them end up coming back for plenty of reasons but in reality it’s because we are happy working here.
