      Company culture is unlike any other organization. Great benefits, great hours, and employee listening tools are utilized to make positive changes within the organization.

      Cons

      Difficult to identify cons. Growth is fast-paced and positions the Company to be a top Financial Services organization. With fast-paced growth comes many changes, and - for some - adapting to change can be challenging.

      Pros

      SFG has changed over the years but definitely for the better. I trust leadership and enjoy everyday working for this amazing company. There is of course office politics which you’ll have everywhere but if you keep doing what you’re supposed to be doing then you’ll have no issues. ESOP, early out on Fridays, culture, flexible schedules, system enhancements including productivity improvements and genuine conversations with people you work with are some of the top favorites on my list. Plenty of SFG employees have left over the years due to their own personal lives/needs but a lot of them end up coming back for plenty of reasons but in reality it’s because we are happy working here.
