Pros

Good benefits for this $5B company which makes lots of profit $. Stable company that invests in technology.

Cons

You can be clipped at any time; Multi-layered management and poor communication detract from productivity. Everything requires the proper submissions or paperwork to get something completed. Too much "Big Brother" for the size of the company. There are many long-termers in the top spots, don't expect vertical growth.

Pros

Good benefits at a reasonable cost

Cons

No respect or regard for employees. No transparency. The decision was made to rty to sell the Roll Form Group, without even telling the Employees of the Roll Form Group, for two years. According to the Samuel CEO press release, out out after they decided to close the plant. No effort to relocate employees to other Samuel locations. No effort to obtain replacement employment. Very sneaky and underhanded executive branch. If you are looking for a long term career, look elsewhere.
