Pros

Most of the people you will work alongside are some of the best, and most respectful people you probably ever will have the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Because of a low wage and a dedication to keep it that way, my facility has become a nightmare to be employed at. They will not spend money to hire top notch employees who will stay for longer terms of employment. In turn that pushes much more work on the people that do work. No appreciation is shown, no ladder to climb, just being kept in a position where there is no career. When I first started I thought to myself, this is it! But I was sorely mistaken. I am only one person, but carry the voice of many. Please do your investigation into the facility you will be employed at.

Pros

The company allows independence in direction

Cons

Frequent change in mid level management. The management takes a new direction based on a recent book or sales model and it then changes within two years when the next new thought on sales and sales methodology surfaces.

Pros

Maybe pay depends on what your doing, the people are good to work with but management has no clue what they are doing

Cons

Management is sooo screwed up and blame everything on their warehouse workers, sales reps could do no harm in their eyes, sales reps get bonuses but not the warehouse workers and same with food they will buy sales reps food but not the workers, they over work you for the pay they give you I was told I was going to run one waterjet for 21$ and then they had me run 3 machines for 19.50 and said I need to learn more to get a raise. There is no room for advancement here and the stress is through the roof with little pay. I’m running three waterjets what else could they possibly want for what they are paying me or were paying me. And help is non existent there they have favorites and try to screw you over by saying they are helping you. Took away the bonus for the workers and made it even harder so their hard work doesn’t even matter anymore. I wanted to quit everyday I was there I’m so glad I finally got out and found a new job no way I would ever return! They got workers quoting left and right now because they can’t get their act together and pay a livable wage and workable wage. And they also don’t give you any type of title if you run machines you will still be labeled as material handler so they can get over on you and pay you less.
