      Work balance, co-workers, and location

      Cons

      Bring in unqualified people and then terminate people that have YEARS of experience costing the company hundreds of thousands of dollars. When workers complain about treatment from higher ups, they are brushed to the side and then suddenly terminated for stupid reason. No warnings, no write-ups, just terminated.

      Good benefits at a reasonable cost

      Cons

      No respect or regard for employees. No transparency. The decision was made to rty to sell the Roll Form Group, without even telling the Employees of the Roll Form Group, for two years. According to the Samuel CEO press release, out out after they decided to close the plant. No effort to relocate employees to other Samuel locations. No effort to obtain replacement employment. Very sneaky and underhanded executive branch. If you are looking for a long term career, look elsewhere.
