Pros

Opportunity to get exposed to manufacturing technology and be involved in implementation of new technology and ownership of projects and in Microsoft shop based environment.

Cons

Company has to propensity to quickly let people go without reason often working supporting multiple sites as the only person for the region pay is pretty average for all the work that you do.

Pros

Good benefits at a reasonable cost

Cons

No respect or regard for employees. No transparency. The decision was made to rty to sell the Roll Form Group, without even telling the Employees of the Roll Form Group, for two years. According to the Samuel CEO press release, out out after they decided to close the plant. No effort to relocate employees to other Samuel locations. No effort to obtain replacement employment. Very sneaky and underhanded executive branch. If you are looking for a long term career, look elsewhere.
