Pros
I worked at Sartori for close to 2 years and enjoyed working here very much. It's a very family-oriented culture, and the company hosts fun activities and events throughout the year - many of which family are also welcomed to attend. During my time here, I had the opportunity to interact with many team members and all levels of management. I can honestly say that everyone is amazing to work with and all decisions are made in the best interest of not just the company but the people as well. Great growth opportunities - Sartori focuses and invests a great deal in developing internal team members (job shadow/internship opportunities, training classes, etc.). I left here due to personal reasons - otherwise, I would still be to watch and be a part of the company's growth.
