If you work hard, and show up, you climb the ladder fast because of the high turnover rate.

Cons

Managers past supervisor level aren't even grounded in reality at this point. Expecting the world from every employee but giving nothing in return when you work three jobs for 12 hours.

Cons

Very cliquey, overwhelming work load, and the company will terminate you if your not into their “club”. Even have gone as far as lying to a judge as to why a termination has taken place
