Pros

The best part is having your weekends off, which is a rare perk in many manufacturing jobs. The benefits package is solid, and the company offers good vacation time, which gives you a chance to recharge.

Cons

The downside is that you’ll have to handle sanitation tasks, which can be pretty tedious. The work itself is long and repetitive, making the shifts feel even longer. Plus, the pay isn’t as competitive compared to other similar jobs in the industry.

Pros

Good benefits, health insurance & time off.

Cons

Low wages and compensation in comparison to nearby competitors Very very poor training Company lacks resources and skilled employees to perform. Senior management fails to assess the ROOT CAUSE of many issues within the organization despite being right in front of their eyes……they seem to go about reoccurring issues all wrong and oftentimes overlook or even ignore the same complaints from line attendants/production workers until these issues start to reflect on metrics or create quality issues and are actually noticeable to senior management. It’s almost as if they put a band-aid on issues and by the time they are able to come up with a solution it’s months later and damage has been done!
