Pros

Fast growing company the last 5 years and has added many positions. They promote within wherever possible and are focusing more on employee retention. Some jobs are very flexible and/or life-work balance friendly. Great product portfolio and some great technical people.

Cons

A lot of manual processes, not keeping up with the growth, long lead-times and fighting customer's frustrations. Often feel like things never get solved because it's put out one fire and move to the next.

My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.
