      Pros

      very transparent company you can talk to the MD at any given point of time. Many regional offices., work in the region you like the most if lucky you might get the best senior to work under I didn't feel any kind of dirty politics

      salaries aren't great. growth only upto certain level Will feel monotonous after few years

      Strong technical expertise within the organization. Exposure to a broad range of customers and applications.

      My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.
