Friendly environment among peers, flexible, there is a possibility for working from home, good benefits.
Cons
Marketing area is in diapers, they are not willing to accept new ideas, they adapt very slowly to change. There is very little room for growth, people don't really have a path to follow within the company. People are spending too many years in one position. Many of the Marketing Communications Managers (in Germany) micro managed everything. People used to a lot of freedom and to giving results would say managers have yet much to learn. Some even feel the job is beneath her/him. It becomes an obsession to try to make everything about them looking good and not the area and the results given. Sad to see people so prepared not given room to grow and be responsible.
