      Pros

      I have been working for Sartorius for over a year now and I had a great experience. The Management created a great working environment which values employees and thrives personal development . This is reflected by the fact that most employees I met have been working for Sartorius for a along time (>10 years) . Every Manager I met had the greater vision in mind and where the company wants to go in the future. A flat hierarchy also provides a culture of openness and short reaction times.

      Strong technical expertise within the organization. Exposure to a broad range of customers and applications.

      My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.
