      Pros

      This was a great place to work, with an excellent management and corporate organizational structure. The R&D department works fluidly and flawlessly for such a large organization. This place has all the benefits of a large corporation without any of the drawbacks.

      Cons

      They were too focused on cutting cost and moved off shore. Based on what I could gather it had nothing to do with not being able to make a profit and everything to do with making much more money at the expense of their work force.

      Strong technical expertise within the organization. Exposure to a broad range of customers and applications.

      My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.
