Company is growing so quickly and aggressively, intense goals to grow in size by 2025, execution of growth and taking care of new employees is extremely poor, no process in place, people to go to, internal politics make job very difficult to preform, drawing the line between own role and other teams is a constant battle left to employees to determine, management sits in Europe - can be difficult for US team to get adequate support, in-fighting between teams for work, teams are often dissolved and this is communicated through the grape-vine, acquisitions of company’s so poorly explained and rolled out to internal teams, working with global teams in Europe - communication and cultural understanding of other teams is so poor, time zone issues, more focus and priority goes to Europe colleagues taking vacations than resounding and supporting the customers adequately.
