      Pros

      I've worked here for 7 years and have nothing but great things to say. I have had many opportunities to learn and grow in my career. I work with very intelligent people and learn from them every day! The company provided financial assistance to get my MBA. And, last but not least, my absolute favorite thing is that I have traveled all over the world for my job!

      Cons

      We are growing very rapidly, and my department is very small. We have high standards and want to get everything perfect! This can make the volume of work overwhelming.

      Strong technical expertise within the organization. Exposure to a broad range of customers and applications.

      My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.
