      Pros

      Great products, dynamic market, work closely with customers on critical projects, open atmosphere, flat organization with direct access to Sr. Managers, lots of opportunity to learn, talented technical and sales people, good incentives, nice place to work

      Cons

      Too many demanding projects going on at the same time, many decisions come from headquarters, limited career growth due to flat organization.

      Strong technical expertise within the organization. Exposure to a broad range of customers and applications.

      My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.
