      Good PTO policy, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      The management is simply nonexistent. It’s a German company and all the higher ups are there, so there is a huge disconnect between the team in the US and the team in Germany, they really do not care about any other branch but the headquarters. The salary is also quite low for the region, there’s no room for growth so you will be asked to do multiple tasks and get paid the same

      My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.
