Since 2019 group sales revenue has risen from 1,827million euros to 3,396 million euros in 2023. In the course of this dynamic growth, Sartorius grew its headcount by more than 60% from 9,016 to 14,614. These developments pose challenges and require an organization to make necessary adjustments, such as restructuring. We believe the dynamic global environment in which we operate creates opportunities for those who seize them. And we see this in numbers. Did you know that in 2023, 67% of our manager positions were filled by internal candidates?
