      Pros

      Good benefits and flexibility (hybrid job opportunities).

      Cons

      I'm giving two stars only for the benefits and the flexibility. Other than that, Sartorius has a toxic and unethical environment. Germany micromanaging! Compensation guidelines for internal employees are absurd. Employees don't recommend Sartorius as an Employer. A lot of turnovers.

      Strong technical expertise within the organization. Exposure to a broad range of customers and applications.

      My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.
