In my experience with Sartorius, I must warn potential employees about the detrimental company culture and moral deficiencies within the organization. The lack of work-life balance is glaring, with micro-management reaching extreme levels. Employees endure harassment over expense reports and have no control over scheduling, being dispatched whenever and wherever management sees fit, without regard for personal well-being.
One's utilization rate becomes a constant source of stress, as working too fast or too slow both lead to negative consequences. The company prioritizes shareholder profits over employee satisfaction, evident in the relentless pressure placed on field service engineers. There is no support from management, only a relentless pursuit of productivity at the expense of employee well-being.
In surveys and feedback, it's abundantly clear that hardly anyone would recommend Sartorius as a place to work. To prospective field service engineers, I strongly advise investing your time and energy in a company that values its employees and has their best interests at heart. Sartorius is not that company. Beware of the toxic culture and prioritize your own well-being over a paycheck.
