Pros

Working on meaningless projects that won't affect the job anywhere negatively

Cons

Lack of growth, low compensation, people not willing to work for each other, lots of hot-headed German people that are too passive-aggressive and political to work with

Dear colleague, thank you for taking the time to create this review. In order to share your comments internally and forward them to the appropriate contact, we'll need more details. If you would like us to do this, please email us with additional information such as your location or work area at employer.communications@sartorius.com - we'll be happy to assist. You can also share your thoughts internally yourself: If you haven’t done so, we encourage you to talk openly about what's on your mind with your manager and the human resources team - especially when it comes to carving out your career path. In any case, please make sure to drop your thoughts in the current employee survey to help Sartorius continuously improve as a company and as an employer. Best regards Corporate Communications

Pros

Strong technical expertise within the organization. Exposure to a broad range of customers and applications.

Cons

My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.

Dear former colleague, thank you for sharing your experience here. Your feedback on policy enforcement, potential gender bias, and uneven workload describes conditions that are not in line with what we aim for as an employer. What we can’t tell from your review is whether you raised these concerns internally during your time with us – for example with your manager, HR, or through our employee survey. If you haven’t done so, please feel free to provide more context via email at employer.communications@sartorius.com. We will forward your feedback to the appropriate internal contacts. Important note: If you have experienced or witnessed discrimination based on gender at Sartorius, please report this directly to our Compliance Team either by email at compliance@sartorius.com or by anonymously submitting a report via the Whistleblower Portal: https://www.bkms-system.net/bkwebanon/report/clientInfo?cin=20sarto15.
