Pros

-Work life balance (sometimes) -Nice competent people at the bottom of the totem pole

Cons

- Completely chaotic, thanks to endless re-orgs that somehow make everything worse. - Rolling layoffs that axed top talent while keeping plenty of dead weight.. - A proudly Eurocentric company where closing deals is impossible because your colleagues are on vacation for half the year. - U.S. employees are expected to grind nonstop, including through holidays, while German employees enjoy their *actual* work-life balance. Three weeks of vacation? Pathetic. - HR has a stunning track record of messing up paychecks and benefits—because who needs financial stability? - Speaking of HR, they’re less of a resource and more of a corporate defense squad. If you need help, good luck!!!! - IT thought it would be *hilarious* to send a fake phishing email promising a 5% raise—then acted *shocked* when 15% of employees fell for it. Maybe because they’re all *grossly underpaid*? - “Cost of living” adjustments are a joke—when they happen at all. And when they do, they’re borderline insulting. - Promotions? Career growth? Hahahahahah.... - The executive board is a diversity-free zone. If you’re not a white man, don’t bother.

Pros

Strong technical expertise within the organization. Exposure to a broad range of customers and applications.

Cons

My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparency, consistency, and fairness in enforcement of company policy. Compensation for employees in the same or similar roles varied significantly, with decisions often appearing to be based on individual manager discretion rather than clear, objective criteria. I also observed what appeared to be gender bias in pay decisions. Additionally, there were employees who contributed very little while others carried a disproportionate workload. This was extremely demotivating for those who worked hard, as there appeared to be little recognition or reward for taking on additional responsibility and delivering results.
