Friendly customers There are some good employees Company seems value driven on the surface

There were many challenges to working at Savannah bee. At first it seems like a great place to work but it is quite the contrary. The environment is toxic. You feel like you are walking on egg shells around the managers- not good. It is very cliquey and the managers are extremely unhelpful. The customers that come in are great and it was fun educating people on all the wonders of bees but that's about it. You definitely feel very under appreciated very quickly and the company loses its luster. I am not surprised of the allegations in the headlines as of late. Do better.

Lack of clear strategy. Founder chases shiny penny and doesn’t understand fundamental marketing. No budget. Micro managed daily.
