Pros

Pay is good. Flexible hours. Remote

Cons

Too many managers. Multiple higher ups would give you instructions without consulting with one another leading to being reprimanded even though you had emails to show that you were doing what your were told. Also absolutely no training, staff was told to train the new hires but the new hires were told by staff they weren’t paid to train and that you are to figure it out. Also lunch’s were to be taken in the time zone of the company which made lunch at 11 am for me. I was then reprimanded for going to lunch too early because my time card was set for central time not eastern time. I explained that and was then told to go at noon my time which made it 1 pm eastern, then I was reprimanded for going to lunch too late. There’s absolutely no communication at all.

Pros

work from home option is good

Cons

everything else. too many global employees compared to in state. global is pushed to get volume instead of quality. terrible healthcare benefits. unfortunately, like a lot of businesses, they are willing to sacrifice employee support and benefits to make more money. making a decent profit just isn't enough. they gotta make a whole lot for big upper management salaries.
