Pros

work from home option is good

Cons

everything else. too many global employees compared to in state. global is pushed to get volume instead of quality. terrible healthcare benefits. unfortunately, like a lot of businesses, they are willing to sacrifice employee support and benefits to make more money. making a decent profit just isn't enough. they gotta make a whole lot for big upper management salaries.

Pros

Good environment and easy to survive

Cons

The management is quite unprofessional in its approach toward employees, and the HR team can be rude and lacks transparency. The hiring process is misleading—candidates are interviewed for one role, but once they join, they are assigned to completely different projects that do not match their skills or expertise. I strongly recommend that candidates carefully verify the job role, responsibilities, and process before accepting an offer. Clear communication and honesty during recruitment need significant improvement.
