Pros

Savvy Wealth has such a positive and collaborative culture. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and genuinely cares about the team. There’s a strong sense of trust and shared purpose. People here are smart, kind, and motivated to do great work. I feel valued, supported, and excited about the direction the company is headed. It’s rare to find a place that combines ambition with empathy, but Savvy really does.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment, so things evolve quickly, but it’s all part of the growth that we're experiencing!

Pros

- Everyone on the team is exceptionally friendly, and wants everyone to succeed. It's a very professional environment. - Lots of transparency in our operations. - Exciting "upcoming startup" vibes. - Free lunch is a great perk. - They ring a little bell whenever we land a new client and the whole office cheers. Very exciting!

Cons

High velocity, very tech forward, and very excited about AI enablement. To me these are reasons why I chose Savvy in the first place, but if they rub you the wrong way, it's probably not a great fit.

Pros

- Exceptional autonomy. You're trusted with meaningful, high-impact work early rather than being confined to a narrow role. - Direct access to leadership. Decisions happen quickly, and it's possible to influence product, research, and company direction regardless of title. - Broad scope. It's an excellent environment for people who enjoy wearing multiple hats across product, investments, analytics, engineering, and operations. - Smart, ambitious teammates who genuinely want to build something differentiated. - Fast execution. Good ideas can become real products or processes in days rather than months. - Significant room for career growth if you're proactive and comfortable creating your own roadmap.

Cons

None of these are serious cons and instead are the byproduct of a startup: - Processes are still evolving, so priorities can shift frequently. - Documentation and institutional knowledge lag the pace of execution. - Success often depends on self-direction; there isn't always a predefined playbook. - Resource constraints mean individuals may own more work than they would at a larger firm. - Cross-functional coordination can occasionally become ad hoc as the company scales.
