Leadership stands out. The executive team has a clear vision of where the business is going and what it takes to get there, and they're thoughtful rather than reactive in how they make decisions. You can tell they've built serious momentum over the past year and that there's a plan behind it. Ownership is genuinely encouraged here. Because we're bringing fresh thinking to a very traditional industry, there's real room to try new approaches and flip the script on how things have always been done. That kind of autonomy is rare and motivating. Compensation is competitive relative to industry benchmarks, and the perks are a nice touch — lunch on Savvy is a small thing that goes a long way in making the office feel like somewhere people actually want to be.
